Yes, your login and password will be the same.

Q5. Why is Agent Price hidden?

The Agent Price is hidden to prevent consumer from knowing the discounted agencies¡¦ price, only agency can see the agent price.

Q6. What is the resolution specification for uploading my product photo?

Your photo will be resized automatically to fit in the image screen. However, to gain maximum exposure of your photo, use 140Width by 70Height, i.e. 2 by 1 ratio.

Q7. How do I advertise on your Listing Board and how much does it cost?

Contact marketing@101box.com to enquire the price, as it varies depending on season, length, and frequency. The listing specification has to be 180width, and no longer than 250height.

Q8. How come my listing does not have [Chinese Info]?

[Chinese Info] is currently a paid subscription advertisement online at www.101box.com. If you wish to add that feature, please visit www.digisight.com.au or contact sales2@digisight.com.au for more information.

Q9. I keep getting error when I submit my web page link?

The most likely case is you have only type for example, www.club.101box.com, and the correct format should be http://www.club.101box.com, i.e. just simply add http:// in front of your web site address.

Q10. I have multiple product prices I like to list, but the price won’t accept more than one price?

Our best suggestion is to list that product multiple times with a different price. That way you will gain maximum exposure through a keyword search.

Alternatively, you can put the lowest special price, and in the “Product Description”, explain with title such as “starting price”, followed by the additional upgrade prices you wish to add with explanation for its premium.

Q11. Why is the second and third browse button for uploading pictures inactive?

The browse button for uploading pictures will become active as soon as the first one contains picture.

Q12. Why can’t I add pictures in modify listing, it keeps on replacing my original picture?

You can add up to 3 pictures. If you use the first browse button to upload your picture, it will replace your original picture. To add extra photo, use the second or third browse button to upload your new photo without replacing the original one.
